PROCEDURES FOR PURCHASE OF DIESEL EURO*2M


 

1. Buyer issues Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO).

1. Seller issues Full Corporate Offer ( FCO ) and procedures to Buyer.

1. Buyer returns back the procedures with sign and seal if accepted all the term and condition.

1. Seller issues Commercial Invoice to buyer ( prepare Local Bank Draft in the name of  PETRONAS DAGANGAN BERHAD ).

1. Buyer must email copy Local Bank Draft ( for verification with the bank ), Q*8 and PO to seller.

1. Seller will verified with the bank the Local Bank Draft and will send a Letter of  Invitation to buyer for the formal surrender the Original Local Bank Draft and Q*8 to us.

1. Within *5 Banking daysafter receipt the above documents, Petronas Dagangan Berhad provides all relevant information / documents pertaining to the transaction , i.e. Confirmation of Cargo Readiness Letter (CCRL) and Collection Note (CN) after Loading ( Ship Master confirm the quantity ).

1. The laycan dates and laycan times will be confirmed by Petronas.

1.  Once  the availability of the cargo  is confirmed , buyer shall initiate the collection of the cargo          within five  ( *5 ) working days and failure to collect within the stipulated period might result in Buyer having to incur Bunkering Charges of RM0.*8/liters daily.

1. Seller makes payment of the Commission to the Intermediaries as per IMFPA/NCNDA.
